Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
1. Who we are
DevoCatalog is operated by Devotrend, [registered address] ("we", "us"). These terms apply to suppliers who create an account ("you"). Buyers who open a catalogue link do not need an account; our Privacy Policy explains how their information is handled.
2. The service
DevoCatalog lets you keep a product repository, share catalogues with buyers through links, and receive structured inquiries. It is your own repository, not a marketplace: we do not list your products publicly, introduce other suppliers to your buyers, or take a commission on your trade.
Your buyer relationships and buyer data belong to you. We process buyer data only to provide the service to you (see section 7).
3. Your account
You must give accurate business details and keep access to your sign-in email or phone secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@devoconnect.com if you believe your account has been misused.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the product information, images and documents you upload ("your content"). You give us a licence to store, process, resize and display your content solely to run the service for you, including showing it to the buyers you share links with.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your product information — including composition, certifications, origin and test results — and for having the rights to the images you upload. Do not upload content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. AI suggestions
The service can suggest product attributes and descriptions. Suggestions are proposals for you to review; nothing an AI suggests is shown to buyers until you accept it. Fields such as composition, certification and origin are never accepted in bulk.
By default AI suggestions run on our own servers. External AI, which sends product details and images to an AI company, is off by default and only used if the account owner switches it on under Settings → AI & credits. It can run on DevoCatalog AI, which uses AI credits from your plan or from credit packs, or on your own API key with a provider you choose.
If you use your own API key, your use of that provider is under your own agreement with it, and its charges are billed to you by the provider. Keep the key secure; we store it encrypted and use it only to make AI suggestions for your account. Credits are only used by DevoCatalog AI.
6. Plans, fees and taxes
New accounts start with a free 14-day trial with usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance for each period at the price shown at checkout. Prices for Indian customers are in INR and exclude GST, which is added on the invoice; export invoices are zero-rated where applicable.
Renewal requires payment for the next period. If a payment is not made, you have a 10-day grace period with full access, after which share links are paused. Suspension never deletes your data. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Data protection
For your account data we act as a data fiduciary (controller). For personal data of your buyers, we process it on your behalf and on your instructions as a data processor. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms describe our sub-processors, security measures and how we help you respond to buyer requests, including erasure.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a written service-level agreement says so. We may change or improve features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
9. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; your plan continues to the end of the paid period. After cancellation or an unpaid trial, the account becomes read-only. You can export all your data from Settings. We keep your data for 180 days after the account becomes read-only and then delete it, except records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices).
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, after notice where practical.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact us first at support@devoconnect.com; most issues can be resolved quickly.
